Have you ever wished you could provide just a little bit more for your children? Maybe it was a chance to participate in a STEM program or language training, greater appreciation of our beautiful mountain living or extensive help in academics that would open the door of opportunity in years to come. Colorado is one of many states that provides funding for home-school families to send their students to “enrichment” programs around the state. 

Many of these programs exist, spanning everything from teaching core subjects like mathematics, aviation training, and outdoor exploration.. Thousands of students are involved with these programs in Colorado, and organizations that contract to provide these programs receive funding to staff and buy necessary resources. Park Eagle Enrichment Crew partners with Education ReEnvisioned BOCES to provide a variety of enrichment opportunities in safe environments where students can flourish.

The home-school enrichment funding makes these programs absolutely free to parents around the state, removing financial barriers to attendance.

The obvious answer is home-schooling families who are not involved with other programs that tap into the Colorado HSE Funds. According to Colorado law you can only be registered in one HSE program.  If you apply to join a program with Park Eagle Enrichment Crew, it must be the only funded enrichment program in which your students participate. Oftentimes, students involved with non-funded private school programs are also eligible for these programs. Students in kindergarten-twelfth grade qualify to participate.  Park Eagle Enrichment Crew offers programs for students in each of these grades, and seeks to provide parents the opportunity to be involved in a program that will help their student grow personally, socially, and academically. In todays world there is a great need for character and moral conviction. These programs teach children to become quality citizens.
